Refund Policy

Ticket Buro is committed to providing transparent and convenient ticket purchasing terms. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available under the conditions outlined in this policy.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these refund terms.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In case of event cancellation, a full refund will be issued automatically within 14 business days of the official announcement.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the event on the new date, you may request a refund — this request must be submitted no later than 5 business days before the rescheduled date.

3. Changes to Lineup or Program

Changes to the event program or replacement of one or more performers are not grounds for a refund, as long as the event takes place.

4. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you choose not to attend for personal reasons (illness, scheduling conflict, etc.), no refund will be provided.

Exceptions may be made in special cases upon submission of official documentation (e.g., a medical certificate), and are subject to individual review.

5. Service Fees

Service fees, if applied, are non-refundable, except in the case of a technical error on our part.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Include your order number, full name, reason for the request, and any relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
